Too Easy Melted Bead Suncatchers « Do It And How.
I tried to re-blog this, but it didn’t work, so I am pressing this. That is how much I like this post.

From the Do It and How blog, and originally of the craftster.com site, this is a really neat, easy and fun craft. You take the clear plastic beads you can get from any craft store for a few dollars. Place in any size pie plate or metal vessel in one layer, and into the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Presto! Punch a hole, string on a rope and you have an instant, pretty suncatcher. In the Pacific Northwest, we don’t always have the sun to catch, so I am going to try these in mini-muffin tins I buy at the thrift store, and string them up, mobile style, under a light in my family room. This could be a great way to spend
an afternoon when the next spring time monsoon kicks up. (The original blog notes that you should keep the kitchen well ventilated and mark your craft tins to keep them separate
I will update the post with a picture from my project when it is complete. Until then, enjoy the picture from the original blog at Do It and How from the food tins)
I live in the Philippines, so there’s plenty of sun here. I’ll try this.
Love this! I’m going to have to try this withy guys:)
So pretty! Nice work!
