On February 18th, from 10-3pm, NWTrek is opening back up after the big snow and ice storm we had last month. This event is a great one and if you can pull off the drive the park is spectacular. Easy to walk with strollers and great animal experiences usually all day long, not to mention the team!
While it is supposed to rain on Sat, that is actually one of my favorite times to go to either Point Defiance or NWTrek. Let’s face it, if we waited for sun; we’d never go. So, put on a raincoat, your puddle stomping boots and look for the biggest puddles and have fun! (Just don’t forget a change of clothes for the ride home)
